I came across this guy for the first time last night. Don't remember any rule breaking, but boy was he full of it. Quite amusing and definately a candidate for a finish in the same range as last month

When I see people say stuff like that, I generally think that as a corollary to their willingness to talk about their hands in chat, they are actually horrible players. So as a bonus to the other players at the table, they are sticking flags on their foreheads saying 'I can't play' while at the same time giving you the opportunity to report them for their stupidity. But isn't being horrible at poker the worst punishment of all, monk? I think so.

Why do the worst players have the biggest mouths at the table? There must be some reverse-proportion relationship between the size of one's mouth and their skill at the poker table.

At least online, the better players are often multitabling. Online poker really isn't much of a social game at all, unfortunately.

JakeFauteux that Donk has had a run in with me but i put him in his place as i do with other donkey big shot morons who win a hand vs me in 1 tourney on crap and think they have done well.... Well the rankings end of month and cashing some cash month in month out like i and others do proves these donkeys have no chance outplaying us come end of the month...Jake was like that JakeFauteux that is him i first came across him in April when he busted my KK with A7 hitting his river 7 for trip7s, and look he was ranked that month near last, May same story, this month he bingoed it so far lets see if he can stay top 98 and cash some prize gl to JakeFauteux DONK

No offense guys (gals)- i did not post this so you all could use your favorite word at a player-each month there seems to be an issue now with a top finisher breaking the card room rules REPEATEDLY - AND THE SAME OL SHYTTY WARNING IS ALL THEY GET- if PSO had a rules test- and all agreed that after passing such a test- if they were found in violation of the rules - they are DQed from that tournament and suffer maximum point loss- PROBLEM SOLVED-- its really quite simple!!!

PSO STAFF- i urge you to consider this YET AGAIN please-- several of the -poker specialists- at stars have sent you messages concerning this- why do you not heed their advice--

STAFF- i read in another post that you are going to be much more active in the forum- yet see no action or thoughts on what has become this leagues biggest problem-- gl all- monk....

When it comes to play in the cardroom all decisions are made by PokerStars. We have rules and so do PokerStars for all players while in the cardroom. If anyone breaks those rules then they should be reported to support@pokerstars.com and they will handle the issue and make a decision based on their findings.

I will not comment on the current investigation being carried out by PokerStars with regards to last months league. I would appreciate everyone being patient while that investigation continues. Skunk, when you say "REPEATEDLY - AND THE SAME OL SHYTTY WARNING IS ALL THEY GET" unless you know something I do not then all you are doing is fueling the fire. Again I would appreciate some patience with regards to this situation. As far as I am concerned PokerStars have a track record of being the fairest online poker site on the planet. I am confident they will deal with any cardroom situations professionally.

I do not agree that all members should be made to pass a test on the rules. Have you seen this on other websites? If you can point me to other examples I will take a look but at this point I am sorry but I do not agree with your opinion.

Good Luck

Thanks for the reply Staff.

I happen to agree with Skunk that some form of rules test and then sanction if the rules are broken is a possible solution.

Just because it has not been enacted by other sites does not mean it should be dismissed out of hand nor just because you do not happen to agree with it personally. Sometimes, taking the lead, taking the risk and innovating differentiates the good from the very best.

Why don't you put it to a member vote and see what the player feelings are???

Staff- ty for responding-= you want my email history- have succesfully reported over 50 peeps- 3 of which are now perma banned from stars- for collusion in DONS- they made frieds here at pso and tranfered their "new skills" to the cash arena-- if you want to be responsible for creating players that feel its okay to cheat- as long as they get paid- then continue to do nothing-- GL. monk.

P>S_ warnings -so far is all the others have recieved- and as i said- will gladly send you all emails from stars- concerning this- including the ones whereby a poker specialist from stars has expressed his concern over the # of players being reported in the PSO versus the # in cash games-- ciao-- monk.....

PS- i agree that pokerstars is excellent- at all they do-- PSO- a little tweeking might not hurt--

Guys. Give it up. When have you ever seen it necessary to take a test in order to enter a tournament, either online or live? And you want a stricter regime introduced for a freeroll?

By participating you are assumed to have made yourself aware of the rules of the house. They are always available for those who care to look. Break the rules and there are penalties. If you like neither the rules or the penalties imposed for breaking them, play somewhere else. We all have that choice.
