AK on 13 BBs, shove preflop. Or raise to like 400 and shove any flop. Making that small c-bet was pointless. Just shove or check behind. You can't fold after putting in that much of your stack. You've committed preflop so there's no sense in making a bet smaller than all in on the flop since you're gonna call all-in anyway.

No, your bet seriously overvalues your hand. Nothing to do with the other guy. By betting like you did you commit yourself to the pot. You might as well just shove it in pre.

You need to pay attention to stack sizes. Raising to 3x is fine on deep stacks, but on 15 BB stacks it's 20% of your stack which pretty much sticks you to the pot.
