Hey all, just wanted to point out a new addition to the Poker Room tab above. After discussions with PSO Admin, we have added to the site links to the policies regarding cardroom rules, tournament rules, and ring game rules.

http://www.pokerschoolonline.com/poker-room

All PSO promotions are conducted in the PokerStars Cardroom. Pokerstars handles investigations to rules violations. Any inquiries or concerns should be addressed to support@pokerstars.com and not PSO.

This comes as a result of the discussions and concerns that players have in regards to rules violations. Pokerstars employs their investigation teams, not PSO. So please, direct your emails and violation concerns to their support.
PSO will not revoke tickets to their league as support@pokerstars.com has the ability to ban a player from playing if they see fit from their investigations.
Please accept that Pokerstars has the final say in these matters.

Don't hesitate to contact Pokerstars support with your suspected violations.
If you suspect a violation and want to ask about it in our forum, there's nothing wrong with that. Let's make sure it stays that..a discussion.

Thank you Admin for the addition. Let's all go have some fun now.

Hi tixy and welcome to the forum and pso.
The violations can be found in the red links provided. They are such things as collusion, soft play, and inappropriate chat. Look at the links I provided, and the ones in the poker school, poker room tab at the top here, concerning rules and policies. They'll direct you to pokerstars cardroom rules.

To get into pso games, you just have to register for them when registration starts. You can find them in either the freeroll tab or private tab. They're free, however, I suggest you look at the league tab above to get all the info on the league. In order to be eligible for the payouts and be on the leader board, you need to pass the core quiz. This can be found at the end of the core course, under the course tab at the top of the page. After you pass the quiz, then play at least 5 games, and you will be qualified for the payouts.
Let us know if you have any other questions.

There is a new addition to the community who is a member of Pokerstars, and can answer questions in the forum about rules.
Please welcome him.
