You play this game like you did here PLaws. If KK knocks you out, then KK knocks you out. Only way you can even think about laying this down is if you give villain #1 credit for having AA and making a complete donk shove. The 96o play isn't even worth commenting on. If they hung the goof for being a poker player they would be hanging an innocent man.

Now IF,a big if to be sure, you did have a read on the first player as being a tight player who was making fairly solid plays then, maybe, you may have to think about tossing the KK hand here. But a decent player would NOT open shove 23 BB's with AA. So you probably had him on a much wider range and basically have to call here. Tough spot at this early a level to be sure, but I'm snap-calling here if it's me.

The 96o play? Well the guy has ZERO cash results so I think we know what we're dealing with here---just another Hubble's donk. Gonna be a lot of that this month, just keep making the proper plays and rest easy knowing that you're already far more advanced in your game than any of these goofs are ever likely to be in theirs. Sometimes fortune favors the stupid. Nothing you can do about that.

I'm seeing a lot of that with this new influx of players----either no stats or a it's all the .02 Hyper Turbo Donkathon with a smattering of the .10's mixed in. That really tells the tale with this crowd---shove ANYTHING and keep on shoving, get a penny or two,go to a .02 Hyper Donkathon and do the same thing there. Rinse and repeat. I used to love seeing lines like that in the .25 45 man SNG's because these guys were Dead Money at even that level, they got lucky and won a dollar or so in one of their shovefests and here they come to donk it off. Yippee.

Don't let them beat you down PLaws. Keep your head up and play YOUR game.

it's so funny to read the tutorals on proper play versus how you need to play to be successful online. how about a tutoral that isn't just taken from some book on live play.

I have a feeling the words "rigged", "setup", and "jokerstars" will be thrown out there.

Hey man all you can do is just keep on keeping on and make the right play as many times as possible. Shoot I had a streak for about a month-5 weeks where I absolutely cringed every time I got dealt KK. Didn't matter where I was playing,PSO,rings or cash MTT/SNG's---if I got KK I was going bye-bye. But you CANNOT start making the wrong play because you've taken some unlucky hits.

That's how you become a losing player.

P.S.

I know you don't think that "it's rigged" crap PLaws. That's ssugs and I calling skullduggery out on his usual whinefest,conspiracy,card-carrying member of the "Tin-foil Hat" club garbage.

You come in here alluding to your typical tripe---"on-line poker is rigged for action,be the 1st to shove,blah,blah,blah"---then you don't,as usual, produce an ounce of evidence to support your BS and say that someone needs to "educate" the peeps on how to play proper on-line poker.

Well have at it then,we're all waiting on pins and needles.

But that's never, ever going to happen is it? Just more of your standard deflections.

All you have is your "it's rigged because I said so" garbage. Please begone.
