Hi!
Sorry for a stupid question. For preflop play, hand category 1 is AKs and AKo.
if i have A spade, Ks is K spade. what Ko would be?

When s is used with both cards, it means the suit "spades" as in AsKs, AhKh, etc. When it's used singley after the pair of cards, it generally means "suited", as in AKs = ace-king suited. AKo = ace-king offsuit.

Yes, an over-card is a card that is of higher value to any cards on the board. For example if you hold A9 and the flop is 258 then you have two over-cards. If you hold A9 and the flop id 10JK then you have one over-card. Hope that helps.

I have changed my ways to this

AKs = spades
AKh = hearts
AKc = clubs
AKd = diamonds
AKo = Ace King off suite

Overcards = I've lost enough and it's time for bed.
