Are Americans allowed to participate? I do not see any on the leaderboard, so i am assuming no.

Until the money laundrying case is resolved, the Americans will be banned. Anticipate our return within three to five years, assuming the courts move faster than usual. That is about as likely as a muslem making pope, so if you want to play cash, go looking somewhere else.
