Interested on anybody's feedback as to what I should have done here and whther my bets were reasonable?

I think you'd have been in trouble in that hand regardless.

The one part of it that I didn't like was the preflop limp. from UTG+1, I'd either raise or fold.

When playing 6 max games don't ever ever come into a pot limping, you easily lose your way in a pot and you become easy to play for the good players who will continue to raise your limps when your OOP and start 3 betting you more often.

apart from that there is nothing you can do how do you expect to put your opponent on AJ the nuts, No one can get away from this hand imo
