This guy is very tight (playing 7% of hands).
I think my shove on the river was incorrect maybe I would gain more value if I would min reraise because it seems he has a pocket pair but not AA.

Meh, he's only got 3.70 left after betting the .90, I think shoving is fine. Zeebos theorem, he's calling you with a big pair. And with a full house on board he might even call without a big pair. You can be sure since he folded he did not have a pocket pair, and was concerned you did, but I think this is a classic case where the bigger raise will be called a bit less often than a min-raise, but will yield a lot more long term profit.
