Is there any truth to the story than in an some dialect Omaha means "Suck you out on the river"?

Joe----Happens to anyone and everyone who plays Omaha Hi or Hi/low.

Its one of those unwritten rules like betting into a dry pot.

TJ - it's the truth !

As I recall, in one of Bob Ciaffone's Omaha books he constructs an artificial deal where the player who flops the current nuts cannot win the hand against a bunch of opponents. An extreme example, but he did it to illustrate how insane .. er, I mean interesting, the game is
