This was the second time he announced all in. First time he did shove. This time he was told "No"...

Announcing what you are "Going to do" is wrong. He was in the BB and typed "All in". This was his second time. He was told "No" before I bet, this should not be happening in the middle of the hand. All players still live.

Dale, I see where you're coming from, but you need to send this to security@pokerstars.com .

This hand, where 1 player "pejos27" is in a low position, with almost no way to save his month, being at 1475 points 1135 in leaderboard.

Other player "josesa1956" is in top 50, with everything to gain, and little to lose, looks to me like someones playing the chip dump game here.....

PSO- this is the constant factor, seemingly every month someone thinks they're going to get away with it, luckily, there are enough "solid" players.(and by solid I don't mean good, I mean stand up type of players that keep this league clean.)

Dale, the force is with you...go young padawan, but next time report it, putting it in here just tells me you crying out for someone to listen to you, and after you post it in here, Poker Stars says they're investigations are all but ruined.

Just finished this game about an hour ago. It will be reported. There was another major incident after this one. Same peeps involved. Trying to find the hand now.

DALE--- you need to stop posting this stuff.

All this does is tamper with investigations. You want action right??, or are you just looking to get a free payday out of it???

Can't do both, either post, or report.

When you do both, you're letting the offending player(s) know whats up.

Catch them off guard, stop posting the hands, and just report it to security@pokerstars.com .

Otherwise it looks like you're snivelling around for money, not doing it to keep the league clean.

.... and yes, everyone can see, my spanish isn't the best, but to me, it's "gALochin22" telling "Noktambul" to get out of the hand in spanish... ergo the "vamos noktambul" anyones spanish better than mine?? only took it for 2 years...lol

I finished this tourney in 4th and the league in 54th. There is no chance for any gain for me whatsoever. No "Snivelling around for money" here. If some here see it this way, it is unfortunate, so be it. Readers of this post can come to their own conclusions.

The OP was sent during the session. I did feel it was correct to add more info to this post.

And yep, I was pizzed. The chat language issue was constant, even after the mod came in. Being told to eff off....Twice.... didn't help. Having 2 players chat in Spanish to each other while being the only 2 in the hand....More frustration. Asking nicely for "English chat" only made it worse. More frustration.......... and on, and on........

As for posting and sending to security, I do not see the issue. It is, or it isn't.

The regulars here should see this. In my opinion.

and Dennis.....sigh

Brief update....

Hello Dale,

Thank you for your mail.

Based on a preliminary review of the situation you reported, a
complete review of the players involved has been initiated. This
will include checking on relationships, location and play.

Depending on our findings, the players may be contacted and asked
to explain relationships and/or play. The entire process
generally takes 7 to 10 days, but can be delayed if we do not
receive prompt responses.

The poker specialist handling this review will contact you
directly when the review is complete or if there are unusual
delays.

Thank you for your patience while we complete this process.

Regards,

Enjoy,

Dale

The only problem with this is that you don't need to be in the same city or have a familial relationship to cheat. I've met lots of peeps here, from lots of different places. If we wanted to cheat, there are lots of ways. I sometimes chat to friends on facebook while I'm playing, and will tell them my hole cards, especially if they are railing me (makes it more interesting for them).

I've never had PS question my FB chat, which could easily be used to cheat if I was so inclined. I don't know what could be done to prevent this type of thing, since so many peeps have lots of networking type sites open while they play.

I've also asked for "English please" at tables, and often been either ignored or sworn at. Calling the chat mods helps for about two minutes, then it reverts to the same problem. Not sure what the solution is, but if online poker doesn't get a handle on this, I fear we will be back to the bad old days, when poker was less than respectable.

Simple solution for English only chat: Talk to Google and get a translate program to run. My phone can do it, so can PokerStars.

I personally believe... (*)

... that dale is being just a wee bit over-paranoid here.
I would wager all my chips that the PS investigation will turn up nothing on these guys.

Actually the only thing that looks "suspicious" here is that:

dale442 said, "no colluision there" (misspelling it) and
gALochin22 [observer] said, "what collusion??" (spelling it right)

But then he probably can write English, knows what it is, and is not asking what it is but where do you see it.

As to Stakehorse's assumption that "gALochin22 is telling Noktambul to get out of the hand in spanish", well, no, "vamos" in that context is "go!"

My read on it is they were just bullshipping around a bit, if they had beed colluding they'd had been a little more "subtle" about it... wouldn't they.

(*) read that in a South-Carolina high-pitched voice :)

It's a bit like the difference between a sportsman missing a drug test and failing a drug test. There isn't one, banned in both cases.

As far as I'm concerned, If the chat is in foreign, it's collusion.

Ban 'em all.

One would think they would be more subtle. They had no respect for rules. Chat, announcing your intention in a hand, and having another player say no....And then he folds?? Where he announced it earlier and did ship?

Asking the player... bebito696 said, "why you show?" when in the context of the game it looked like a dump already. One thing to know...I was at the table for more than an hour, a lot of info when playing for that amount of time. Such as avolding each other once one enters a pot.

And spelling, well hell I was typing fast.

One part no one has mentioned which was huge to me was this....And the very reason I believed i could and should post this

bebito696 said, "''dale442'' , you can complaint to pokerstars"

So taking in the fact, as you stated, that he corrected my spelling of collusion AND how quickly he referenced a complaint to Stars certainly says to me that he is very well aware of cheating and the security of Stars.

I believe they are just thumbing their collective noses at the rules believing they will never be caught. Time will tell. I do believe it is/was very clear what was happening at this table.

If any doubt....

josesa1956: folds [9s 9c].......facing a button raise in the BB

bebito696 said, "why you show?"

If that is not daming enough....

Actually it was the observer that just spelled (*) it right, but then, rather irrelevant, I was just making the point that I didn't really find much that was incriminating there... there may be a slight case of "regional favoritism", or even a slight case of "lhisteria" on the other side ;)

It was a freeroll tourney after all, which on one side could explain why they wouldn't be using more "sophisticated" ways to "collude" and on the other why there would not be much need to anyway.

Seems to me the "damning evidence" boils down to one silly saying "miraaaa" (look heeere) and showing a 99 fold on a (sizeable) button raise and the other one saying "why you show"... and not even in "foreign".

I guess we're on par with the A. Knox case here ;)

(*) Funny how the past of spelling is something no-one's quite sure how to spell, isn't it :)
