Gratz on the win, why did u show your hand while u didnt have to? it is a sign of weakness and you are giving your opponents free information

I showed my hand there for 1 reason Tiber, I was very much the short stack(other than the sit out), and there was a flop of 8 high, and now as I was going to have to still be playing against some of the players at the table, I figured 120+ out of the money, it may be a profitable spot to show how tight I was playing, basically I was hoping to gain a little respect and maybe get an easier ride to ITM. Personally I think it worked, 2nd low stack on table got ITM... any thoughts??

Cannon, you may want to reread it, I was 120+ out of the money, not ITM yet.
If I played like that, I'd be out as a bubble boy, guys with 15K-40K on the table going to call you with any 2 .

considering that you had a short stack and "almost" ITM, one cheerleader chant comes to mind..

even if the big stacks call you, that's what you should want if you have a decent hand in position!!!----> and hope they call with the inferior hand!

like I said, I'll wait it out, then once I'm ITM I become agressive..you do what you want, I'll take making it ITM anyday over bubbling out because some donkey makes a move with 94 os

the biggest risk is... not taking any risk at all

who wouldn't want to make it ITM? but min cashing vs. building a big stack/aggression when most players are relatively tight on the bubble is essential to running deep for a big score.(even though i'm just a cash game player, my advice has some +EV)

there are so many different factors to consider, (early game, mid game, mid/late game and late game strategy etc..) but every body has a preference to how they like their coffee
