I tried, I really did. At one point I was 690 of 720, so I tried really, really hard. Just couldn't get it done. Last three tables had chip leader either immediately to my left, or immediately to my right.

nothing wrong with a 10th with that many players. Sounds like you grinded it out the best you can. Just keep with it, keep learning from everytime you can get that deep in a tourney and the final tables will happen. Congrats on the 10th

Gratz on your 10th place, how is this bubble boy? top 10% get paid right? seems like you won alot of money then.
