Wonder what the odds are in this as i see it often.

the odds of being dealt 2 particular cards is 1 in 1326.

Those odds will be the same for each table you're on, regardless of what cards they are too.

2 in 52 of getting 1 of them * 1 in 51 of getting the other card

due to that, the exact odds will be the number of tables that you have open (minus 1, since you want the identical hand ot that one) divided by 1326... so for you, 3/1326 or 1 in 442.

does the speed of play on the tables affect those odds?

no. the odds numbers are based on every hand being independant trials.
