Hi,

Is there a way to award the ticket I won to another player since I will be working during this time. It would be a shame to have the ticket wasted.

I would imagine not Troy,

and though I applaud your generous spirit, look at it from the point of view of those who 'earnt' their ticket by fulfilling the promotion requirements. It would be unfair on them to give it to anybody who did not 'earn' it the same way.

It is a shame you cannot make the game, this can happen with these one off type promotions. I'm sure there will be many more in future you can take full advantage of.

I thought that the tickets were limited and some people that achieved the requirements did not receive one. I did not want to give it away myself, I wanted it to be taken and given to a qualified member. If all qualified members received one then no worries.

That hadn't occurred to me, I don't remember anything about a cap on numbers, but then I didn't remember the promotion was on at all until I got the e-mail about the ticket. I can't find the original details either.

I certainly hope it is not limited, it would be good to have a large field MTT of the 'trainees'.

Well it took me long enough, but I eventually found the original details in one of the forums news announcements entitled 'community news'. Relevant part as follows.

"Learn and Earn" during November – Participate in, or simply view, ANY training session and you will qualify for a special FREEROLL on Nov 27th @ 14:00 ET (In the software Lobby, hit Ctrl + T and enter Tourney ID: 448356149) in which 25 x "Step 1" tickets will be up for grabs. Note: The tickets will be issued on Friday 25th November. So check the training calendar and don't miss out!

(Head Trainer)
Hey all,

As Edin posted, the freeroll is not limited (beyond the 10000 players stated in the lobby, we did not have that many attend training in Nov)... I believe everyone who has attended a live training in Nov. should receive a ticket to the freeroll (non-US obviously). The freeroll is awarding 25x step 1 tickets. That's really all I know about it, timing of the tickets being issued etc. I don't have that info.

Thanks,
Dave

Thanks for all the great replies and extra info. I couldn't find it myself. I am going to register and hope I get home before I'm completely blinded out. If you see me at your table I have some free chips for you!

Good decisions and run well.

Hi,
one question regarding this tourney:

It says that you should attend a live training in October (when you go to tourney lobby).

However, I attended live trainings in both, October and November but haven't received a ticket.
Is there any reason for that, or tickets are limited (although it is unlikely since maximum number of entrants is 10k)?
