Nothing going my way today! i feel like going on a cash table and going all in every hand til the bankroll has gone. Hope i can pick things back up and wish people would stop rivering me. Ill just keep playing and hope things start to swing back my way.

When you can do absolutely nada playing your favorite game, and you still want to play poker, try this alternative:

Find a poker variation you've been dying to play, but haven't had the opportunity to play.
Get into as many of these play money games as you want.
Enjoy knowing any losses can be chalked up to as a "learning experience" and cost you nada.

been there done that, trust me if you do that you will be sorry in a few days and you have to refill your BR again.

If i tilt now i just say some bad words, shut down pokerstars and go do whatever takes my mind of of it, wait a few hours or a day and youll be back in shape no time.

Alternative you can post all your bad beats in the forum and whine about it like I always do

Trust me tiber i been reading your posts lately. Id rather forget about a badbeat than post it and cry about it. At the end off the day im playing $0.25 games and i just had a bad run against bad players. You gotta remember the guys that play these call every hand and get a little lucky sometimes. Im not to worried about having a bad day as its all part off the game.

Now you're talking real sense. You were playing great and doing well one day, the next day is not often going to live up to that. Even if you are continuing playing very well, you won't always come out winning. The thing is to recognise where your good/bad plays are and accept that your best game will still lose a fair percentage of the time, but if you keep improving your game and making better decisions it will work in your favour in the long run.

Good luck - keep on keeping on

M,

make sure you're taking notes on these players. You WILL see them over and over and any notes you have will help you later on against them.

yellow = donk
green = donk in training (shoves any suited cards or any A)
