Ok so here is the story:

still playing at work, gotten dealt into this hand, on the flop I hit a set and at the very moment the big boss walked in... Ive took the risk to put 30 cents in and 3 people called. With my boss here and all I didnt have much choice, I saw a 5 second gap to just go all-in. and someone with a flush draw called and handed his chips over to me.

My question is, if I just c-/valuebet on the turn like a normal person instead of the all-in would I make as much money as I now did? clearly the guy called with a flush draw but he missed, if he had seen the miss he would of never have called the all-in bet

if you make a value bet on the turn, instead of shoving, you may get another player to come along... then again, maybe you won't. If you think an opp will call a shove here, it's ok, if not, then a value bet might get you a little more value.

The opp did have a combo draw on you. They think they have 12 outs, but really only have 10, as the A or 10 of clubs gives you a fulll house when they hit a flush. With 10 outs, calling the shove is a really bad play by the opp.
