The freeroll tickets are good either Saturday or Sunday. They also don't expire. I held one for more than three months before I used it. Now I have two that are sitting in storage since Americans cannot play. Last I heard, you couldn't trade or sell these tickets. If that's been changed, it's a welcomed change.

Looks like they do expire at the end of the year.

I've got six of them, dating from July 2010 to October 2011. Mine have no expiration date.

pokerstars671 - Why do you think they expire at year end?

Because I have one that expires December 31,2011 and I just got it today. So im guessing that they expire yearly now,

Actually, since mine have no expiry date, I won't have to.

I'd guess that the expiry date thing is fairly new and applies moving forward.

At least, I'd expect to be notified by Pstars if my tix are suddenly given an expiry date.

Well, I contacted support about this. I was taken aback Tuesday when I won my 13th ticket and when checked....it had an expiry date of December 31. They were also now calling them "Unlimited".

I just got this final response from them on this:

Thank you for contacting PokerStars.

We can confirm that the tickets for the Weekly Round 2 will never expire and you can hold as many tickets as you manage to win.

The expiration date for this ticket is an error, which has already been reported. When you register for your next Weekly Round 2 this ticket will be used before the others. If this does not happen or the ticket expires before you register for your next Weekly Round 2 please let us know and we will credit your account with another ticket.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

Now I just need to find the time to use them all up!!
