Was anyone else having problems with there reception of the radio broadcast lastnight?
It was rediculous, I felt like I was watching a youtube video while it was buffering. The worst part is that I couldn't make out the bonus codes, especially the one to the Sunday Million satellite depositors freeroll.
If anyone else is in the same boat let me know and please if you know the depositors code please let me know what it was.
Thanks

Yep. Me too. i tried to listen to it, but it was too distracting and I was playing the tourney at the time!
Thought it might be my computer, but had no trouble with other radio stations...no codes for me either.

Hi Guys,

It would be a good idea to email support@pokerstars.com and explain to them the problems you have been experiencing while listening to the show.

Give them as much details as possible, for example, what type of browser you were using, pc specifications etc. This will help them improve the service for future broadcasts.

I use Windows 7 and listened to the show using the Google Chrome browser. I didn't encounter any problems. The show on their end did crash for all of 20 seconds however.

As for passwords, I did hear them announce the password for the second chance tourney. I didn't hear any others because I had so much going on at the time.

Trumpin Joe has moved the thread into this Pokerstars Support section so that it will get the attention it deserves from the Pokerstars Team.

Regards,

Raiser

*** removed password. Posting passwords is against the TOS. JWK24 ***

Also, no problems for me during the show - it was excellent - it must depend on internet connection and/or pc
