Dear PiTsRuS,

Hi and welcome to the forum,

If you have a specific question post it and you will get several answers, which will help alot.

You can also search the forums to see if someone elese has already asked the question.

Personally i started by watching live trainings and then videos

Welcome to the forum Pits.
You're post was moved here to start it's own thread since it didn't pertain to the one you placed it in.

The school has many aspects to help improve your game including tips on avoiding tilt when the types of situations happen that you described.

You'll see this, variance, and many other topics covered in the forums and blogs so take the time to do some searching.
