After looking at this hand in holdem manager I found that I was not as big of a favorite as I originally thought, but I am still way ahead. This is how the past ten days have been going for me, I get it in way ahead, my opponent picks up more outs on the turn and hits on the river.

On a brighter note the session ended like this so maybe my luck is changing.

My opponent started heads-up with about 100 000 chips, but lost two massive pots in a row and started playing like a maniac from that point forward.
