Hello all!

The data for the week #5 competition has been compiled, scored, and submitted for view count check.

If you are interested in taking part in week #6 (assuming you do not win week #5!), now is the time to update your links for week #6!

As many people did not respond when asked whether or not they would take part in week #5, I will ONLY post a notice about the submittals for Week #6 in the threads for applicants who responded for Week #5. The forum is starting to collect quite of few people who seem to have no interest in continuing with the competition, and in order to make sure LIVE application stay near the top of the forum, I must do this. Sorry.

Just because you do not receive an invitiation in your thread for week #6 does not mean you cannot apply though!

Anyone in PSO who meets the requirements are in the running for the Member of the Week Prize package, and all someone who sat out Week #5 has to do to become eligible for Week #6 is post that they want to be considered on their application thread and complete the requirements for the contest!

A helpful Hint for all contestants: the more current your blog and forum post links, the more active the threads are likely to be for the coming week's contest! Views in the competition week make up a big part of your score, so making sure your blogs are updated with new stuff, and you have a new discussion thread up in the forums can help you get those views!

If you plan on using different links for Week #6, please post those on your application page itself, and not in the body of the thread. This can be done by hitting "edit" and pasting in the new links. It is too hard for me to dig links out of your threads if they are not on the application page.

I also must ask everyone to submit only 1 forum thread link, and 1 blog post link in their application. A couple of folks have multiple links in their applications, but only 1 will be checked to determine your score. Try to make it your best written, most interesting, and most active links that you include on your application for Week #6.

Remember, you MUST indicate in your thread that you want to be considered for week #6 (scoring begins Monday at 0001 EST US time zone).

I want to thank everyone who applied this week, and wish all the best of luck in week #5 scoring. And best of luck to all in the upcoming week #6!
