New update this morning and I have not been able to send a message to PS support since.

The message just says " Multiple attempts failed."

Cheers

Have you tried using the emails TOO2COO posted in the support forum (Team PSO)? Those might work.

Edit: Misread question.

Just to clarify your question.

Are you trying to email Pokerstars support support@pokerstars.com ?

Or do you need to contact Poker School Online support@pokerschoolonline.com

I'm guessing by your post it's Pokerstars but just to be sure,

If it's the case that you are unable to contact Pokerstars via the client please email support@pokerstars.com and let them know the issues you are experiencing.

They should get back to you as soon as possible.

Getting PokerStars is easy: download and install the PokerStars game software, create your free player account, and validate your email address.
