Jamming TT over 1 limper off a 48BB stack is a bit of a spew...

While you will not bust in the hand, most times a bet this size on this depth of money (the entire table is 16BB+, and most are 20BB+) will only get called by a hand that is BETTER than yours (or at least has solid equity, like AK/AQ), and you will fold out worse.

The type of action "value owns" you, and causes your opponents to make "perfect" decisions with hands like 22/33/44/55/66 etc when they fold. That is bad for you, and cost you value.

Google "the fundemental theorem of poker" and you will see an explanation of why that is bad for you to do.
