Versus a nit, the chances are good he is on at least a free roll here (holding the Kd with AK), if not AA.

Truth be known though, the call is small enough for you to think about making it versus the true nit, as there are jsut so many "scare cards" which might fall on the turn to allow you to win this hand.

Also, even versus a nit, you might be facing AQ here, and not AxKd or AA.

Given your stack size, and the fact the nit doesn't really commit himself by his lead, I think I peel at least one card and then re-assess based on his turn actions.

Afterall, if you are immediately going to fold top/top when you flop it, why even call the nit's pre flop raise?

hope it helps.
