well I am leaving the league after I have been playing for more than a year. I did not qualify for Premier Skill League for January. I did not have time to play this month, so I started late. Variance has hit me hard and I did not have time to make up for it. I was like 6 times at the last double up I needed to get the points for top 800 with a better hand, but all lost (AK vs. K7, AK vs AT, 99 vs K4, AK vs 89, JJ vs AJ, ...) plus few coin flips and no luck with worse hands with the right odds. I had some good luck earlier in the tournaments as well, just the last "hit" to get it went wrong . Maybe poker gods decided for me that it has been enough lol.

The league helped me a lot to develop my game. From all in donkey I made it to 2nd place in June last year and became able to break even at money games. Thanks to the league I also could build a small bankroll from 0 and cover the expenses to buy poker software and upgrade hardware. This way I can take poker more like a sport than gambling.

It was my pleasure to play against you and meet you at the tables. Especially the people I started to play with in the former league (I never played Premier "full time" like before, so do not know the people so much.).

So good luck and see you at cash tables and MMTs.

Best of luck in the money games Space, and well done for building a roll in the skill leagues, that is no mean feat these days.

If you are looking for a 'go to game' to replace your regular skill league games then I sugest checking out Cowboy's challenge in the Challanges forum. Playing a block of the same games is the perfect way to increase your experience and your bankroll, whilst still maintaining the regularity that the skill leagues offer.
