preflop: like your play and your raise size. Std raises help conceal your hand.

flop: I think here's where you went wrong in the hand. When the opp makes a very small bet here, you really need to decide here as to whether or not you want to be in the hand and I think you need to be raising or folding here. Calling lets the opp see a card too cheap and it also screams weakness to them by not following up your preflop raise. Yes, it's a scary board that you missed, but you really need to raise or fold here.

turn: 5s that puts a 2nd flush draw out there. Their small bet here prices in either flush draw. This is another raise or fold scenario, just like the flop. Calling doesn't help you price any draw out and if you're behind, it gives them the lead again and builds the pot.

river: the opp fires a 3rd barrel and you can't beat anything. Yes, there are many chips in the pot, but you can't win the hand, so you need to fold.
