Just found out an old friend of mine passed away on x-mas day,

l'm not sure why l'm just finding out now, maybe they are thinking about my health, but they are wrong, and l'm mad as hell, but this is not the time to think about myself.

l'm so sorry for his family having to go threw this at that time, it must be awful.

Bob... l'm thinking of you and your family my friend, may they get by this and you rest in peace,

a very sad sad day....cheers Bob

l don't now why l'm posting this here really, maybe just to remind myself and everyone else what is really important, family and friends, everything else can go to hell, as far as l'm concerned.

So please spend some time with the ones you care about, time is short

Hey eff, sorry to hear this. That's bad news any time of year, but especially now.

Hope you're holding together ok, dude, and that's some good advice.

Sorry for your loss Eff.

One thing that usually helps me is to just reflect on the gift of the friendship that we enjoyed while they were with us. It truly is a gift to have friends and relationships that affect us deeply. When it's over, we always have the great memories. A couple of the important ones that I've lost, I wrote a short story on, and occasionally I add to them as memories surface. Just to make it easy to reflect on all they meant to me and all they inspired in me. I know, I'm a little sappy.

Thinking of ya' bud.

I am so sorry effsea to hear of your loss... I like what Dan said, sappy or not, pretty cool way to remember all the times shared together.

You've been missed in the Tank for sure, I hope you're able to come back and spend some time with us soon.

As a reminder to all that read this... here is the poem (made into a 2 min 45 sec movie) that seems to make the most sense to me about how we should live life. (quick note; turn your speakers down, the volume is set to max).
