Hey all,

Just tried uploading a hand history from a Poker Skill League Qualifier from Pokerstars but when I paste the hand information as instructed and click read data nothing happens.

Is there something I am supposed to remove from Pokerstars email to get this feature to work?

Thanks.

Hey Fedecme,

Welcome to the forum! Post the hand here and I will try and load it for you.

Oh and here is a link from Dan the man, our new member's coordinator, that will be a great help in getting the most from the site.

Cheers,

TC

Hi Fedecme!

If the first line of the hand history says PokerStars Hand, try changing the word Hand to Game (keeping the spacing correct). This may help.

Okay here is one of the hands, nothing special to see in this one - but I am trying to look through a full tourney of over 200 hands to evaluate my decision making through the blinds so I really need to know why this isn't working.

Tried changing the PokerStars Hand to PokerStars Game as suggested but still no joy.

Thanks.

Hi Fedecme,

I've tried to load the hand into my re-player with no success either.

If you could request the Hand History again from Pokerstars. Go to lobby > Requests > Hand History for hand #73891769325.

This will be sent directly to your email address. Copy and paste the HH into the re-player, remember to change 'Hand' to 'Game' like JW said.

If this does not work email support@pokerschoolonline.com with the email you received from Pokerstars.

Someone there in Technical will be more than happy to assist you.

Hope this helps,

Raiser

I got it to work by copying your hand history from post #4 and replacing the line break (enter or return) in the first line between "USD Hold'em No" and "Limit - Level II", with a space so that the hand, tourney, buy-in, level and date information are one line.

Welcome Fed!

Nice catch annie.
It usually is something like that. I suggest that you always keep a hand that you know works in a folder for the replayer. Then when you have one not working, compare the two with keen scrutiny. Be sure never to add spaces or a return from the text you copied to paste. And even if you didn't, make sure that they're not there in order to make a hand read.
It may sound a little complicated, but like annie showed you, it isn't, and you'll catch these types of errors easily in no time.

Hope to see you around fed and best o' luck!
