Closest place for poker is Ceasar's in New Albany, Indiana,,,about an hour 1/2 from Cincy! If you want to drive a couple more hours, the Azatar in Evansville is better, in my opinion. Also, if you live farther north in Ohio,,,the Soaring Eagle,,,north of Lansing, MI is supposed to be good.
I travel quite a bit, and am in Ohio/Indiana quite often. Email me (address is on my profile) if you like,,,and maybe we can hook up at one of the aforementioned spots!

Ceasers Indiana is just across the river from Louiville. They have a pretty decent card room that spreads about everything from 5-10 LHE on up. Including low and medium limit Stud and a pot limit OH game (when they can get players).

I've heard that the Evanville boat also has a card room, but since the guy telling me that was sitting with me at Ceasers and is from Evansville, and said the evansville room sucks, I'd belive him!

And there are some boats in northwest Indiana (and greater chicago) with card rooms also...but I dont go up there.

Possibly the guy from Evansville passing the info has a reason for not liking the poker room there. I can't think of one. I've played both many times, and find the poker room in Evansville to be run more professionsally, better choice of games, atmosphere, etc.
Just my opinion,,,if you only have the 2 to choose from (Ceasar's and Evansville).

This from the guy who recommended I go play poker at the Indian Casino in Tampa, FL!

Just kidding, had to take a poke at the Jar Head!
