Off Topic-Internet issue - Wed Nov 13, 2002, 03:30 PM

Way off topic, but I'm clueless how to proceed with an internet issue. My internet is working fine except for one internet site that I haven't been able to access for the past 48 hours. I know the site is up and know that the problem is my routing through an alter.net server.

This is the server that I am having problems with.

In the past if I've had these issues I would run a "whois" and get the admin contact info and send an email. I can't find any contact info for this server and can't find an email on the alter.net (Worldcom) site either.

Any suggestions?

Getting PokerStars is easy: download and install the PokerStars game software, create your free player account, and validate your email address. Clicking on the download poker button will lead to the installation of compatible poker software on your PC of 51.7 MB, which will enable you to register and play poker on the PokerStars platform. To uninstall PokerStars use the Windows uninstaller: click Start > Control Panel and then select Add or Remove programs > Select PokerStars and click Uninstall or Remove.
