Don't know.
I made a cilly blog post just to see if it worked, and it did seem to, in the preview, but when I posted it... it has to be approved :/

If it does (hmm, it is rather cilly, so I don't know :) I'll let you know how I did it.

Hi Marvin,

Here is one way to upload photos into your blog.

1. Upload the photos to a webspace, such as Photobucket.com

2. Once uploaded, right click on image and select 'Copy Image URL'

3. In your blog hit the 'Insert Image' icon where you want the blog to go.

4. Paste the copied URL into the box that pops up on your screen.

That's it, once you publish your blog the images will appear.
