WRONG

Last night I was playing at a cash table and 2 Spanish guys were going at it. I waited so that each at 5 lines of at least 4 words, than called the mod. They showed up and I presume there was a warning. About 15 minutes later, they started again, I waited for 5 line of 4 words each and called the mod. The mod showed up again and one was chat banned. The other kept on talking Spanish to a railer, again waited for 5 lines with 4 words and called the mod again, then he was chat banned.
Each time I said ENGLISH ONLY PLEASE to support

So you are totally WRONG.
Remember, for them to take action, they need at least 5 lines of 4 words and they will only act after 2 warnings (verbal, written). You got to keep up sending to support.

P.S. jajajajaja is NOT a word

Hi Canada0404!

Welcome to the forum.

The other thing to do is to take the hand histories with the chat and send to the link Raiser has above.

Good luck at the tables.

Welcome to the forum Canada.
Like Trap said, make sure it's also at least 4 words in each of the 5 lines. One or two words in the 5 lines isn't sufficient.
It may be more direct to send your hand history with the chat included in an email to chat@pokerstars.com instead of security.

Hope you enjoy everything and best o' luck!

When I say 5 lines, it's per player
