Some might wait to see if the next hand is better here (I wouldn't) and that would be a classic case of giving far too much weight to your holdings and far too little consideration to the situation.

You're basically going to be about 13-14% to win here against three top 5% hands if you want to give them all that much credit (which in 2 cases turns out to be correct). So roughly 7.5-1 against. You already have 1800 chips in the middle (75% of your chips) and are getting a huge price on putting the last 600 in the middle here. And if you win you're getting 21.5 on your money for those 600 chips. So it's clearly +EV to call here, even if the opps cards were turned face up.

Plus the implied odds that you are going out the next 2 hands anyway if you don't catch and even if you do on one of those hands the amount of chips you can garner with a winning hand are prohibitively less than you can win here. A win at this point gets you near 2 more complete orbits at this level on blinds and antes. Win one of the next 2 hands if you had passed here and you're getting nowhere near that, even if you are fortunate enough for it to be another 4-way pot.

So 1000% the right move here marvin, even if you are completely sure that you are crushed.

Nice result marvin. Hope you were able to capitalize on it.

Nice one. Could use some of that luck myself.

Nice to see that when odds are not in your favour you can still come out on top.
