It's not nearly practical, so this won't happen. You would have to play, have one person collect all HH's, manually edit them to show all hole cards, then run in the replayer with everyone on a skype call for filming... the work to do just one of these would be enormous. So even if it were allowed, it will not happen.

Interesting idea, just not feasible.
