- 2 x -Turbo: The rebuy period is 60 minutes, twice the normal length for a turbo tournament. The starting, rebuy, and add-on stacks are tailored to fit the format.
- SuperKnockout: Buy-in and knockout amounts are equivalent. For example, in Event 08-L, $13 will go to the prize pool, $13 to the knockout pool ($1 rake).
- Ante Up: In this tournament type, (invented at PokerStars), the blinds do not rise at any point in the structure. Antes are in place from the start and rise steadily.
- 2 x Chance: Players may rebuy after having been busted. Each player may rebuy a maximum of one time.
- 1R1A: Players may take up to 1 rebuy and 1 add-on. Rebuys are available at any time during the rebuy period, regardless of the player's stack size.
- Big Antes: The antes, in place from the start of the tournament, are larger than normal for a NL Hold'em structure.

I have a $33 SCOOP ticket won from the WBCOOP, there are no $33 games.

I don't fancy satelliting as sats usually have a different structure than the main game, any suggestions?

Can you change it out for T$ and spread it out through a few of the less costly games? Or possibly many of the cheap satellites? If you find something with great odds that you feel comfy, you can win a bunch more SCOOP tix for the proper buy-in amount that you can also turn into T$.

Right before Black Friday hit I was goofing around with a bunch of the SCOOP sats and scoring some nice T$. My best was when I mis-clicked into a higher buy-in that was for a $44 ticket for the top-whatever spots that I binked. Hooray drunken hyper-turbos!

Good luck out there.

Your best bet is to mail PokerStars Support and kindly ask if you are allowed to split your Buy-In in several smaller increments as there are no $33 or $16.50 events in the schedule.

I'm pretty certain that they will run many satty's to these events that are $11 and $16.50 and $33 buy ins. What do you think the WBCOOP games were? That's right satty's to a different game. If not I wasted alot of hrs playing WBCOOP.

Be patient.

Will do, $33 is a bit above my bankroll atm. I'm not scared to play these stakes (currently playing the $22 micromillions main event) but I hate seeing a big drop in my sharkscope graph

Looks like Pokerstars deliberately made sure that none of the events match up with the so-called SCOOP tickets they awarded people. They should have called them SCOOP satellite tickets then. Even then, only if we are lucky enough that they decide to put satellites at those buy ins. If they don't, looks like those tickets are useless.

Do they accept step A tickets, or just step 1?

Hi addsthepro777! I just read over all the information so far and did not see anything in regards to the letter tickets but mention only of the numbered step tickets. It appears as though all 6 levels of tickets will be able to be used from what I see here....
http://www.pokerstarsblog.com/scoop/...ed-092426.html

Legend:
(1) accepts Step 1 ticket for entry
(2) accepts Step 2 ticket for entry
(3) accepts Step 3 ticket for entry
(4) accepts Step 4 ticket for entry
(5) accepts Step 5 ticket for entry
(6) accepts Step 6 ticket for entry

Here is a copy of last years FAQ's
http://www.pokerstars.com/scoop/faq/

So it looks like the numbered step tickets are an addition to this years SCOOP .
Have fun in the SCOOP this year and I will see you there as I can't wait to play some of these games!

I had $33 converted to T$ and it's the first I've dealt with them but it's been taking the T$ instead of cash from my account for the STT's I'm playing.

I still have $11 SCOOP tickets and I like deepstack slow blind structures but I don't fancy playing for 2 days to use them.

Hi Ovalman!

Whenever a player has T$ and cash in their account, the T$ will always be used first for any tourney that you buy-into. It's actually a good thing, as since the cash in your account can be taken out at anytime.. while T$'s are only for registering for tournies.

Hope this helps!

Oh shucks ... I was trying to late-register for a satellite and got confused by what was happening, but I guess that's what happened with my $16.50 and $33 ticket too (but not the $11 one). So I wound up signing up for it, but if I had known I wasn't limited to using it on SCOOP, I'd have rather used it on $1.50 SNG's ... that's 11 buy-ins! And the target tournament for that satellite was an $82 tourney ... just WAY more than I'm used to, which gets me all anxious and stuff.

Oh well, really glad I've still got the $33 left ... that's 22 - $1.50 SNG's I can use it to try and get something going with those 6max turbos that I was hoping to switch to. So that's wonderful!

Hope everybody else has noticed how the tickets got converted if they too prefer to use it on other stuff

Hi all!

I updated the initial post along with the news post to show the guaranteed amounts for each tourney.

Good luck to all playing.

Bad time Zone for me.

1am, 4am, 4.30am or 7am.

Might be able to play a 7am game on the weekend, but dont like spending the best part of the day inside.

I emailed support about my 2 SCOOP tickets and asked for them to be changed to Sunday Storm tickets instead. I got the following answer:

With most tickets at PokerStars, we are unable to change them. However, there are a few option in regard to the SCOOP tickets:

1. Split ticket into smaller entries. Any remaining money is forfeited.
2. Combine ticket with cash if you want to change up to a higher buy-in.
3. Get an FPP refund if bought in VIP Store.
4. Use in next year's SCOOP.

So it looks like I'm playing something on the SCOOP. I may ask can I combine my 2 tickets, add cash and play 1 $27 SCOOP but I need to look closely at the schedule. I don't really fancy a 2 day event even though it's likely I'll only last 1 but whatever I play it will get my full attention. I don't want to be in just to make up the numbers.
