Howdy PS. I need some help logging in back into my account ,,, I was playing a game on my laptop , a tourney and I wanted to play it on the home pc,,, when I closed my laptop down,,, which i have done since Ive joined PS ,,, I went to open my account on the pc ,, after i started it up ,, I brought up PS as usual and It said that I am still logged into another computer and that i must log off that computer first,,, It has never happened before,, I turned off the internet ,,, shut everything down and started all over again ,, and when I did go to log on again,, it said ,,,, i am still logged into another computer,,, it has been like this since 4:15 pm Australian time,, and now its 8:04 pm. Any advice would be helpful in the next 15 mins ,, its my weekend and I like to sit at the pc and enjoy the comforts of my recliner infront of a 32 inch screen kickin back playin some cards,,, pleeeeeaaaaassssseeee PS,,,,

Hi there Hilux05,

Sounds like you might have to email support@pokerstars.com

Try logging back in on the laptop to see if you can get back in on that machine and then if you can log out before firing it up on the PC.

If that doesn't work then it's a support issue.

Thanks Royal... yeh bud ,, tried everything,,, just been hangin around waitn for a reply,,,,, I must try resetting the internet connection before I give support a go,,, I even uninstalled PS on the laptop ,, then fired up the PC and still the same message comes back at me,,,, first time in 2 years almost ,,,,, yeh ,,, thanks for the welcome,,, been a silent observer around here,,, with the recliner i have to get up and use the keyboard,,, and once ya'll kiked back ,,, welll,,,, u know,,, lol

I had this same problem with logging into my account. I contacted support@pokerstars.com and explain the problem. Five minute's later I received an email back saying

"Thank you for contacting PokerStars.

This problem is a consequence of the site troubles early on March
31st and the subsequent unplanned server restart.

You were experiencing what is called a "hanging login". We have
now ended the login session, and you should now be able to log in
and play.

Several players have experienced repeated problems with this
issue. We apologize for the inconvenience, we are currently aware
of the situation.

If you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to
contact us.

I could now login.

Getting PokerStars is easy: download and install the PokerStars game software, create your free player account, and validate your email address.
