im just trying to find out is there a minimum number of games to be played for eligibility to the premier league, for example in the open league there is a minimum 5 games,is it the same in the qualifier league?

Yes milehigh, minimum games for eligibilty is 5 in all PSO leagues.

I qualified last month for the Premier through the qualifier league, in 9 games.

I don't think i played for the last 11 days of the month, i checked previous months scores and was confident my points were enough for qualification.
