When i do the basic poker quiz my score does not show. Ive done the test twice now and still nothing. Although I did the core quiz just fine and the check is there to show I've passed but isn't for the basic one.

Any help would be appreciated

Hey BigT!

Welcome to the forums! If you're still able to retake the test, then that should mean that you haven't passed it yet, so it will read as a red x rather than a green check until you do. If you have passed the test, there will be a delay before you receive your checkmark, but it will come. It might a take a few days if the updates are on the slow side, but don't worry, it'll show up.

If you've any more questions, let us know!

I've just joined pokerschool and tried to get things started by doing the basic quiz ( might not be a good player but do know the basics ) but it wont show the result. After a few minutes i get an "undefined" message on the quiz app and that's that.

Did i miss something or its just a temporary error?

Thx in advance for your help.

Hi there lukasema2! Welcome to the PSO and PokerStars Here is the super link to help you find you way in the PSO and get the most out of what PSO has to offer...http://www.pokerschoolonline.com/for...erSchoolOnline
Good luck in your play and your studies!

Hopefully what you encountered was just an error of some kind, I can only suggest refreshing and trying again, once you pass the screen tells you that the quiz cannot be retaken as it has already been passed and it gives you your mark if you attempt it again after already passing. This is what I get after passing http://www.pokerschoolonline.com/articles/Basic-Quiz

If it happens again we will have to contact support to help. PSO support
