No, I don't think you missed value here.

The flop came wet enough that you were entirely ok in not semi-bluffing the flop. Had you done so, and seen a big raise by the opp, you'd have had quite a hard time continuing; at that point you'd also have had a hard time being called by a lesser hand as well.

When you hit your J on the turn, and the villain leads, there is enough of a chance he slow played the flush, or that he holds a better J, that I'd really not like raising top pair/decent kicker on this depth of moeny. Again, he has enough in his stakc to potentially make it difficult to call a large 3bet had you raised.

Same of the river when you do not make your straight...

Had you held the Qc, perhaps you could have thought about betting the flop or raising the turn, but without a decently storng club I think your line was just fine in a heads up situation.
