Thanks for reminding me JWK, was catching up on my reading in here...lol

Starting to fill up pretty fast, think I'll wait another 10-15 mins be4 I reggy, I'll still play it, but just in case it didn't figured someone would like to be in the know...lol

looks like it might be a sign of how the late shift will go though.

I went in , 200 away and 30 mins registration left so it could make it. Doesn't matter though I spiked a 2 pair hit and went from 1500 to 4000 early so I will see if my luck holds out in this one!

finished in 23rd, but man, I know I could have done better.

I passed out, and ended up sitting out, may have gotten taken out earlier too though when I would have probably been SS and chipped up, so can't be too displeased.

Was there an overlay in this?

The only overlay I've ever seen on Stars was $5 short.

it ended up with 738 in, 12 short for the $1.5K gtd so a $24 overlay.

thx for the support and well wishes last night from all!

Yes I believe there was an overlay not much, but more than 5 dollars. I managed to cash several levels in, Stakehorse got me in the last longer (for fun)

Let's face it gman, I sleezed in to the last longer, as I posted on the other page, I fell asleep, so could have gotten taken out earlier if I was playing, on the other hand, I probably had a good chance at making FT, we'll never know now.

Same tourney tonight has possible overlay,I'll keep a watch on the late reggy and let y'all know.

11pm ET $1.5K gtd. 330 in now

Late reggy filling it fast, 543 in currently @ 11:25 pm ET, probably won't be an overlay, or not much.

thanks John, starting to feel like this will be a mainstay tourney for me. I'm actually stunned at my performance over the month of April, not quite a full 180, but it's taking me that way over a long run if I keep this up. , I'm really thinking that "The Mental Game" video on YT has made me realize what was missing from my game for a while now:

POSITIVITY

take the negativity out of the game completely, along with a positive balance between poker and the rest of your world, Can't believe what it's done to my game!

I really can't recommend a better video to watch. if anyone wants the link again, It's Under The same post as the Book with same title "Mental Game" by Jared Tendler. I'm actually thinking about going out and getting this book to add to my top 5 must have poker books. heres the rest of my book list:

Phil Gordon's Little Green Book(must have! IMO anyways).
Mike Caro's Book of Poker Tells(another must have.IMO)
SECRETS The Pro's Won't Tell You... by Lou Krieger, Sheree Bykofsky( got some really good stuff, some not so secret...lol...found this 1 in the Public Library here...lol)
Of Course, no Poker Book Collection would be complete if I didn't at least Mention The Supersystem 2(actually mostly rewritten by The Younger Brunson, Todd for the modernized game)

have at, I have drawn most of my knowledge from there, as well as Video's, Articles, and session vids from right here in the archives.

Stake, why not try the Big $4.40 15K guarantee at 17.30 ET ?

It has a 120 min late reg.

If you reg at 119 mins most of the maniacs have gone, but there are still a lot of loose players and by that time there is roughly 1,000 places paid and usually only about three thousand or less left in,
and they tend to go out reasonably quickly.

If you can do reasonably well in the Premier League, then this one should suit.

Sorry Bill, a "moddy" or "someone with more power than a simple member" won't let me post my full real answer here, so your question goes unanswered.
