Dale has a great way with words, a great personality on his vids and the one time I came across him on the tables he was totally friendly and chatty.

My only complaint is he doesn't blog anywhere near enough!!!

I've been saving this hand for a while - the only hand I ever played against Dale.

I decided to 3 bet here, I'm over my head with these guys and I wanted to really show strength. I had been playing tight, and wanted to set up a big pot. When the ace came on the flop, I decided to bet strong again since he checked.

Always feels good when you beat a pro!!

Oh, I was just kidding

... because we all know what the Yankees cat was holding!!

Still kidding

Those pets are soooo cute!!! <3 Maybe Dale should get himself a pet so he can have somebody to dress up in cute little clothes too

I do feel kind of bad for those guys in that category a couple down from the pets though ...

PS Nice 3-bet and c-bet there Joy ... such a scary flop!! And such a scary opponent (PS pro)!!!

Definitely a high point for me, I thought I played the hand well and deserved the win, and yes, it felt good to take a hand from a PS pro!!

Speaking of animals in clothes, I played against this person from the United Arab Emirates today at a ZOOM table:

Is that a pet lol? Is it too hot for cats in the desert?

One of these days it'd be fun to travel the world and find out these sorts of things ...

Oh yeah I remember that - haha!!

It was so funny because we all play so extreme super-nit, and then here came in this pro, and ... he must have gotten bored with us all, because I remember he played regular for the first bit, then suddenly he went wild and started 3betting the crap out of everybody and built up a massive stack until he ran into AA a couple of times lol.

Hey you know what happened ... remember how Dale's video was like one of the first of the pro series to get put up, and it wasn't clear whether the pros were going to stop by and answer questions and stuff? And so this time last year, I'd been playing less than a year and didn't know about bankroll management and trying to turn a profit and all that, and so I was mostly playing the league, and then there was the announcement that the league was going to change. And so since everybody was saying how PLO was a good way to make VPP's, I thought I'd look into trying that out. And then so I left a comment under Dale's video asking him a question, and then I only checked back to see if he answered for like 4 days, and then he came to answer my question on like the 6th day. But by then I'd changed my mind about PLO because I only made half a VPP in an hour, so then I didn't notice he'd answered my question until like 9 months later. I'm so embarrassed! You think it's too late to leave a thank you?
