Hello,

Preflop and flop are fine. On the turn, heads-up vs. this tilting villain, I'd bet bigger to set up a rivershove.

As played, a river shove is considerably bigger than the potsize. You could either shove the river anyway in hope of a herocall, or you could bet pretty small to get calls from hands like 5x/3x and maybe induce a spazz shove. Clearly there are some two pairs and straights in his any-two-range, but I'm sure you are ahead of his calling range.
