OK I may have passed the quizzes of Core Training but this video is really too speedy for my slow thought process. I understand the theory but feel I would require exercises (similar to the quizzes) to complete in my own time. It would enable me to grasp a clear understanding and familiarize myself with these techniques before applying them at a table. "Use the pause button", I hear you say, but my brain becomes the more scrambled.
