i cannot say mutch more than i played the guy for a while and i knew he was capable of most things

Hi Sver,

I think when the villain check-raises we're usually not winning, but if the guy is prone to totally spazzing out on the turn then bet/get it in is fine. Often against players like this I will check back the turn knowing that it will induce a river bluff which I plan to call. Sometimes we pay off a better hand but they spazz bluff easily often enough to make it profitable.

I would have checked the turn too but calling his shove if I got a read like you had.
