Hi all,

I will take the time to put together a couple of CD's with each participating member of the PSO convention. If you would like me to do this, just let me know and I will start the project. It could be played at the breakfast or during the tournament if someone brings a boom box. I feel that music represents our spirits and makes one feel good when they hear their sounds. I guess I should let you all voice your opinions and then let Tina make the call, right?

Didnt Pepsi and Madonna get together and do something like this in the late 80's? Oh yeah, thats when Madonna made her video with the burning crosses, right? The video that was aired without being prescreened by Pepsi?

But seriously, that would be great! Would love to see it happen.

Thought i'd get this thread towards the top as Tunica fast approaches. My two suggestions so far:

"Graceland" (either the Paul Simon or Willie Nelson version) since we will be a stones throw from that hallowed ground.

"Luck be Lady" - Sinatra - and one of my all time Sinatra favs.

I will be more than happy to help start a compilation CD.

I regularly collect the CD series "Ultra Lounge" put out by Capitol Reocrds...they are an ever-loving hoot!! This year, Ultra Lounge put out a disc called "Vegas, Baby!" I highly recommend it. In fact, as of a couple of days ago, it is what I listen to when I play poker online!

You might get a couple of good tracks off of this disc for the convention music you are trying to put together!

See y'all at the tables!
