Sweet! The guarantees don't mean anything. These are just regular tournaments with a fancy name. But they do tend to attract a lot of fish to prey upon!

Already earmarked a few events for me: events 1,2,16,37,55,68,76,82 & 93 - total buy ins= $17.61.

I'll probably trim this down, though. Might even sign up to the $22 main event if I break even and have enough of a profit.

These are great because they offer higher guarantees than usual.. its hard to find decent stud and draw games for ex.. over 500 and 750 and 1500 where as these will be several thousand dollars for little buy ins.
I like it!

Hi,

I'm normally useless at MTTs and don't even last the late reg' period. But hey I managed nearly 5 hours in the $5.50 MM event 70.

Finished 615 / 11489 for $16.08 - so nearly 3 stacks at 5NL in cash terms (probably 1 Zoom hour).

Sorry to Dave as it over lapped your live training about being a bit card dry. It was impossible to participate / learn and apply live.

Results for premium hands: AA held once, AK hit. Second AA cracked and one KK too. Another AK loss destroyed my stack late. I posted the AA hands to boom so at least I'm learning to multitask.

The End

Looks like I have missed most of this as well - though I am around this weekend.

Any suggestions for the best sattys to the main event (given that I missed the PSO Promos and training).

I have played a few of the MMs FPP sattys for T-money - they seem pretty soft - but those were to $1 target tourneys.

Cheers all

Hi gman!

The best thing for you to do would be to contact support@pokerstars.com about it, explain the situation and see what they say about it.

I can see why you're upset about this, but you gotta admit it's a pretty hilarious(and glaring) error. Can't beat a game that offers free $2 just for entering.

Check all the rest of the events to see if anything else like this pops up and take full advantage. Free money is a good thing.

They did realize, because they closed it before the 120 minutes
I checked at the 1 hour 40 minutes and it was closed
