Sounds like plenty of fun, really looking forward to seeing the schedule of games..

Hopefully the schedule of games will not be all UBER micro buy ins or freerolls as i fear the series might be ruined by freeroll shove masters...

Roll out the games schedule so we can get a look....

I can name one that won't be a shove monkey in the play money games.... I know I'll be trying to win every single one that I can enter (which I'm hoping is ALL of them).

This looks like it could be a very good promotion - I will check the schedule when it comes out and see how many I can play.

I will happily enter the play money games as well as the cash buy-ins as long as they suit my own schedule. I really hope they will be good games against fellow PSOers, just as they always are in the Live Training Home Games.

One question - is this just for this English Language site members, or is it global for the other European/Worldwide sites etc, at least those that are allowed to still play with us in the main PSO Leagues?

If it is just for this specific site's members I hope we can get good numbers for the tourneys - but hopefully the added prize money will bring in the punters.

Second question - when will it run to? Is it 1/2/3 weeks?

Thanks for the promo PSO - I will look forward to it. I might have to postpone my planned summer break from online poker - but looking out the window at the weather right now that should not be too much of a hardship.....

Good luck all

Very nice, glad you did listen to one of the suggestions

For those that want to see more, check out the German site
http://www.intellipoker.de/articles/...age=2#schedule

They've been playing since May 25th

One question, Is there a reason why we get $460 in prizes and they get $2,900?

There's a reason for the $$ Sand, and that reason is, like always, we're being handed another bone, instead of the steak.

My woe is we get 2 days to plan a playing schedule, figure out what we're playing, and make sure we have a BR for it.

No sense in complaining, it's done.

I like it,

If we get at least 45 PSO players to participate? A nice 10min blind structure and 7 get paid would be nice or make it a turbo if less entrants like in the home games.

If the whole PSO premier league enter...? I got my qualifying ticket for this month and I had a lobby open for about N hours. It was for a $10 prize pool. I should read the small print sometimes.

Look forward to the schedule and the mid stakes games. Please 10 min late reg not 3 hours.

My posting over lapped the previous replies. Me - joke is tongue in cheek

I'd suggest that it's because PSO was aimed at the US and, well, we can't pay rake anymore.

Now, ummm, not trying to screw myself and the rest of the US, but why isn't there a PSO.ca yet?

Whatever.

This looks like a nice promo I wish I could participate in.

Drunk Tank, please feel free to take this down for me.

Hello all,

I think this is going to be great and I hope that it is going to be really well supported!

If all us PSO'ers get behind this and support this then who knows, maybe we'll get bigger promotions in the future.

In saying that, $1000 dollars in added prizes is not to be sniffed at, especially when the tournaments are only for PSO member ticket holders. That's great value in my book!

To all those who are going to play I wish you the very best of luck. It will be fun to see who will become our Real & Play money Main Event champions for 2012!

Good Luck!

Well, if we get anything like the German schedule, I'll probably play a few events.

Also have to agree with stakehorse, 2 days is a little close for comfort. Would prefer knowing about a week in advance, so we can properly plan without possibly rushing it and missing/forgetting any events.

And just had a random thought, would anyone be interested in PSO including a low stake high roller event? Just a thought.

Although I don't play tournaments, I might make a small deposit just for this promotion. It looks fun and a great way to get to know people at PSO, glad it starts soon as I won't be able to play in July

Good luck to anyone playing

Hello Sandtrap,

Thanks for your question. It is true that Intelli have $2,900 in added prizes while we have $1000.

There are two main reasons for this.

1. Intelli have a much larger community.
2. Their events are not restricted to members only.

We really hope to see this promotion strongly supported my our members and moving forward we can look forward to bigger and better promotions at PokerSchoolOnline in the future.

Wishing you the very best in the promotion!

Regards,

PSO Team.

Hi mcrissinger,

It is regrettable that US players cannot play in real money games in this promotion.

However, we have included in this promotion play money games in order for US players to be a part of this.

Unfortunately we cannot offer prizes but we will still have a play money leaderboard where all our members can battle it out for the pride of PokerSchoolOnline.

We understand that this might not be satisfactory to some but for now it is the best we can do and we would like to thank all US members who have continued to support us.

Best Regards,

PSO Team.
