I jumped up around a thousand places overnight, because I finished 85th in my last Open skill league tourney - yet on my placing, it says I dropped 14 places. The other figures are correct, (as far as I can tell), but this one can't be?

I think you need to think a bit harder before asking questions Mike...

You jumped up 1k places when you last played.

Since when, some players who played in tournaments whilst you were presumably tucked up in bed have overtaken you.

Nice finish though - keep heading in the right direction.

Ah, I see, I thought that figure was how many places you moved since last playing, not relative position after each tourney. Duh!
