Hi Brian,

Just a question on the posting rules, at times it's hard for me to understand the written word,

so I will ask to make sure I understand fully.

Welcome to our Support Section where our team will assist you in all ‘PokerStars’ related queries you may have.

We take your questions and feedback very seriously and as a result we provide you with this support section and endure to answer all questions to the best of our ability and in a timely manner.

There are a few general ‘house’ rules on posting in this section as follows.

1. Give as much information as possible when submitting your query. This will help us answer your question faster and avoid confusion.
2. If the question has been answered a member of the moderator team may close the thread if there is no apparent need for further posts to be made on the topic.
3. A thread might also be left open for additional members of the school to post their thoughts on the topic.
4. If the support query has been answered fully and the thread develops into a general discussion thread this thread may be moved into a more suitable section of the forum.
5. Non-contributory and negative posts by members will be deleted from all threads at the discretion of the Moderator Team.
6. The decisions of the moderator team are final at all times.

Finally, we thank you for your membership of PokerSchoolOnline and want to let you know that we are at your service 24 hours per day, 365 days of the year. Please feel free to contact any of the team via the contact details found HERE

Best Regards,
Team PokerSchoolOnline

Am I wrong here or has decisions by the mod team been over-turned before?
