This is the email i send to pokerstars support...did any one encounter this problem before? why would anyone do that? i only have $50+ in my account anyway...how long can he play with that little money...

"I reinstall the pokerstars client today after i reformat my hard disk. When i enter my user ID and password to log in, i got this message "You are already logged-in from another computer. In order to log in here you must first log off from another computer" I have only one PC which i had just reformatted and only one user in this PC. I do not have the pokerstars app in my iphone. I am very sure that i did not tell anyone my password. Is this a technical error or did someone really hacked into my account? I had not log in to pokerstars for about 36 hours before i reinstall the client. Please help me clarified this problem asap. Thank you."

Thank you for contacting PokerStars.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

You were experiencing what is called a "hanging login", generally caused by an abnormal shutdown of the PokerStars session between the user software and the server. This is common for players who leave their account logged in and get disconnected due to a server restart.

We have now ended the login session for your account, and you should now be able to log in and play.

Thanks pokerstar!

Hi Keldraco!

I have not seen that happen to me before and you did the correct thing with sending the information to PS support. Glad to see that you have it corrected.

Good luck at the tables.
